An S-Trap normally connects to an outlet in the floor, while

a P-Trap normally connects to an outlet in the wall. You should also check the rough-in measurement and available space to make sure the toilet can fit comfortably in your bathroom.

This makes it more convenient for customers because the essential components are already included together, so there is no need to search for the basic matching parts separately.

However, we always recommend customers to check the product title, product details, and selected variation before placing an order, because some models may differ slightly depending on the design, trap type, or set configuration. At the moment, Joymi assist in referring a local plumber upon request. This is especially useful for customers who may not already have their own installer.

Please note that any installation arrangement will be between the buyer and the plumber, and installation charges will depend on the location, site condition, and the plumber’s own service fees.

Yes. Eligible orders qualify for Free Delivery throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

As toilet bowls are large and fragile, every unit is carefully packed and secured before dispatch to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

For Sabah, Sarawak and other locations outside Peninsular Malaysia, we can only arrange delivery to a designated freight-forwarding point in Peninsular Malaysia, such as Port Klang. Onward shipping must be arranged separately.

Once your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and product as soon as possible. If you discover any damage or other issues, contact us promptly with supporting photos or videos so our team can assist you accordingly.

Warranty coverage varies by component. For:

• Ceramic body: Lifetime warranty
• Cistern fittings: 2-year warranty
• Toilet seat cover: 1-year warranty

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and is subject to our terms and conditions. Proof of purchase is required when submitting a claim. We may also request clear photos or videos to help our team assess the issue.
